The Fund is sub-advised by SMH Capital Advisors, Inc. (“SMH”) of Fort Worth, Texas. SMH is an investment management firm with approximately $2 billion in assets under management. In addition to serving as a sub-adviser, SMH serves as investment advisor to high net worth individuals, pension and profit sharing plans and charitable organizations.

Portfolio Managers: Jeffrey Cummer and Dwayne Moyers

Jeffrey Cummer, CFP, has served as President and Senior Portfolio Manager of SMH and its predecessors since 1989 with responsibility for portfolio design, portfolio management and risk/return disposition of the SMH portfolios. Mr. Cummer, born in 1957 in Madison, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in finance and risk management and is an MSc candidate at the University of London Centre for Financial Studies.

Dwayne Moyers is Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of SMH with responsibility for research and the investment selection process. Mr. Moyers was born in 1968 in Fort Worth, Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
