Total Return Income Fund

Investment Objective

The Total Return Income Fund seeks to provide a total return including current income and capital appreciation. As with any mutual fund, there is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its goal.

Principal Strategies

The Fund invests in a broad range of income-producing securities. This approach is designed to boost income and enhance the overall return potential of a diversified portfolio. The Fund primarily invests in high yield bonds, convertible bonds, high dividend paying equities, REITS and Business Development Companies (BDCs). The Fund may also invest in preferred stock, master limited partnerships, bank notes, hybrid securities and write covered calls on equities.

Investment Process

The investment process is a bottom-up value type investment style. The composition of the Fund’s investments in equity, debt and cash or money market instruments may vary substantially depending on various factors, including market conditions.
Generally, at least 30% (and up to 70%) of the Fund’s assets will be invested in equity securities. In addition, the Fund may invest approximately 30% to 70% of its assets in lower quality, higher yielding nonconvertible debt securities (rated Ba and BB or below by Moody’s Investors Service or Standard & Poor’s Corporation or unrated but determined to be of equivalent quality).

Investing in the Fund carries certain risks. The Fund’s value may decrease in response to the activities and financial prospects of an individual security in the Fund’s portfolio. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a particular issue and may own fewer securities than other mutual funds. The Fund is new and has no history of operations. Therefore there is no track record with which to judge performance and the Fund may be subject to substantial short-term changes. These factors may affect the value of your investment.
